* Sets may be moddified by SimTel Admins and handed out before the race day
** Provisional is based on if less average that we have used in past or less drivers show up...Points may need to be adjusted if more show up to race.

Other then them rules... here are a few more general rules

1. On/Off Track Rules

1. Only autochats during race. (Whispered and TeamSpeak chat on thier own channel is allowed) unless a driver requests you to leave them alone.

2. No chatting at all during qualifying including but not limited to gl's and any autochats

3. No Blocking before 10 laps to go. (Blocking is described as: seeing a car in another lane and you moving your car to prevent them from using that lane. Or abrutly changing your line to prevent another car from over-taking you.) if a admin asks a driver to not block please adhere. Also if there is a questionable move (blocking) we as admins may ask for a replay 1 lap before and 1 lap after the incident.

4. No arguing during a race. If you argue an incedent during green flag conditions, you will sit out one Race. This is not fair to other drivers that are driving and trying to concentrate during there race. If you do this a second time then you will sit out 5 race, 3 times you will be removed from the league.

5. Any and all compaints during a race will wait till after a race to discuss with an admin or other driver.

6. If you park your car to argue with a driver or admin during a race. You will be elevated to a 2nd offense level.

Any of these rules are subject to the following penalties if broken, unless noted differant in the above rules.

1st offense: probation for remainder of the Season
2nd offense: 1 week suspension (no points) for all series you run in
3rd offense: Will be parked for at least 5 races
4th offense: Will be removed from site and league events

7. Lucky Dog Rule Procedure. (a) You must pit on the 2nd time by and wait for all the cars to come out of the pits. If you fail to go to the back of the line on the 2 time then you will not recieve the LD.

2. Restarts

1. Restarts due to server will be if we lose 5 or more drivers during the start of the race. If 10% of the scheduled distance is complete and we lose more then 5 drivers we will restart the race. If more then 10% of the race is completed then we will call it a Rain out and will run the race at the end of the season.

2. Restarts due to accidents will only be issued if there is a 50% of the field accident before the leader finishes the second lap.

3. Flaming

At no time will flaming be tolerated, in the server or the forums.

1st offence = 10 point deduction from all series you run in.
2nd offence = 1 week probation and no provisionals for that week.
3rd offense = you will be removed from the league and the website.

4. Pitting Rules (Open Wheel Mod) and others at admin discresion

1. To pit, you shall start pitting before turn 3 at all tracks (other then road courses)

2. To exit pit, you must exit pit after turn 2 and must remain in the low grove until you are up to speed.

3. You must use autochat to signal exiting and entering of pits.

4. Any car that follows this rule and is run over will NOT be credited for the accident. So drivers watch when people are pitting and stay high to avoid them. The closing rates in the Open Wheel Mod are very fast.

5. Standard Point Rules:

1. All league drivers will receive points for every race as long as they are present during the drivers meeting.

2. SimTelRacing will use the Nextel™ point system (no playoff system is in place)

3. Leading a lap will receive a bonus of 5 pts.

4. Leading the most laps will receive a bonus of 5 pts.

5. The top 3 finishers are expected to save the export to there hard disk in case of a malfunction with rsclint. If the Rwallacefan2 requests the file in the forums, then you will be required to send the race exports to the Points Admin. Rwallacefan2

6. We will be dropping your worst race of the season from your points standings this season.
